This lawn was a mess in early September. We were called in to core aerate, verticut the bare spots (which was most of the yard), overseed with our tri-blend tall turf fescue, and apply our “Start up” fertilizer. This was the result; the home owner won their sub divisions “Yard of the Month”.
Here is some “stretch” 1/2″ drywall / sheetrock. This is 54″ wide instead of the regular 48″. We used this for our nine foot ceilings. The ones in the foreground are 16′ long. Yes they are very heavy, but it was worth it, to have less butt joints.
I could not find my before picture, but here it is right after pulling the carpet, during installation, and the finished product. The owner chose Traffic Master Allure 6″ x 36″ Mellow Wood Vinyl Plank Flooring. It comes in a case of 24 sq ft. It was a little time consuming to install, but it was really easy to do. It has what they call “gripstrip” interlocking-edge design which makes it very simple to install. This flooring was installed on concrete so we had to prepare the surface by applying Henry bond enhancer, which also was easy to apply.
