This is a dwarf Alberta spruce. I had seen this at home depot toward the end of the season and I felt sorry for it. I paid too much for it especially for the condition it was in. I dropped it in the ground here temporarily. It has actually filled in pretty nice. I’m not sure where to put it though, but every landscape needs winter color.
