This is a basement remodel that we did. Under the light is where the homeowners “game table” is going. You can see the kitchenette in the background. I’m standing in the living room\/TV area.

I had to fir down the ceiling because of all of the existing vents and pipes, so I firred down the entire area here and inset the fan\/light combo.

\"\"<\/a><\/div>\n
Nothing fancy, but very handy to have in a basement. There is a 3′ counter top with a bar sink. To the left was some wall space for a microwave. The door on the left goes into the bathroom.<\/span><\/div>\n

Also there was room for a 32″x48″ shower.<\/span><\/div>\n
